Another friend of mine seems to be really struggling with suicidal depression and all I can do is shoot him emails from 3000 miles away encouraging him to funnel the negativity into music and keep fighting the good fight.
Been trying to keep in touch on the regular, asking whats up and kicking him links to cool shit on Bandcamp, but his responses have been fewer and further between. Days into weeks. Weeks into months. Months into years. Eventually they'll stop altogether.
It's brutal when you see the wall coming and it feels like there's nothing you can do to keep from hitting it.
